Terms & Conditions

Warranties 

All products shown are strictly aftermarket from a variety of manufacturers. All product warranties fall under the terms and conditions of each respective manufacturer. Side X Side Accessories, LLC does not warranty any product. 

All product descriptions take precedence over photographs from the individual manufacturers. 

Shipping Policy 

  • All products are shipped directly from each respective manufacturer, and each manufacturer has their own shipping times. We are not responsible for any manufacturer's delays. 
  • Our manufacturers may use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS and FedEx. Large items are shipped via truck freight.
  • If the package is damaged, please email us photos of the damage at sidexsideaccessories@gmail.com immediately upon receipt. Truck orders must be inspected upon receipt. If there is any damage, it must be noted on the bill of lading. If damages are found after the shipment is accepted, you must notify us within 48 hours to file a concealed damage claim. No claims can be made after 48 hours. This is the policy of the manufacturers and shipping companies, not Side X Side Accessories, LLC. 
  • Please note when you return an item that qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund. 

Free Shipping and Shipping Rates 

  • Free shipping is available on most orders to the continental USA ONLY.
  • Also some items, such as over-sized items or those shipped via Truck Freight, are not included in the free shipping offer, nor is that flat rate price valid for outside the continental US. When shipping charges are required, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products. 
  • We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, but the shipping charges shown in the shopping cart are not correct. Side X Side Accessories, LLC will notify you via email of the shipping charges before your order is processed.  
  • International customers are solely responsible for all Customs fees, taxes, and duties. 
  • All prices are in US Dollars. 
  • If you return an item that qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund. This is the policy of our manufacturers.

International Shipping/Customs Fees and Duties

Side X Side Accessories, LLC does not calculate or pay any customs/duties/brokerage fees for purchases.  These will be assessed by the respective parties at the time of import.  Any assessed fees will be collected as a COD upon delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items cannot be canceled after seven calendar days or once the manufacturing process has started. Most soft enclosures require approximately 3-5 weeks to manufacture and ship (subject to change). Side X Side Accessories, LLC is not responsible for manufacturing delays. Hard cab enclosures manufactured by Hard Cabs are a final sale and are not returnable per the policy of Hard Cabs. Most soft enclosures are only returnable at the manufacturers' discretion and, if accepted as a return, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

Wheel Spacer Custom Orders 

There are no cancellations, returns, or refunds on any wheel spacers after three business days from the date of order.  This is the manufacturer's policy. If you must cancel your order after three business days, the manufacturer will charge you a 25% restocking fee for the materials already purchased to fulfill your order. Steel wheel spacers require approximately 10-12 weeks to manufacturer and ship whereas aluminum wheel spacers require approximately 4-6 weeks to manufacture and ship (subject to change). Wheel spacers are a final sale and are not returnable per the manufacturer.  

These custom order policies are per the respective manufacturers. Side X Side Accessories, LLC has no control over these policies and are bound by them.  

Order Tracking 

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will email your tracking information. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday as most warehouses are closed. Please note that if your order contains more than one item, the items may ship separately and by different carriers and/or be shipped from different manufacturers or warehouses and from different locations throughout the country.  

Backorders 

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.  

Payment Policy 

Accepted Methods of Payment: Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa) PayPal, Cashier’s Check/Money Order. Charges will show up on your Credit Card Statement as Side X Side Accessories. By authorizing any payment and/or placing an order, whether via website or over the phone, with us you agree to our shipping, return and warranty policies and have read and understand these policies. Canadian customers are responsible for all Customs fees, taxes and duties as we have no control over these. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Return Policy:  

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused. You must receive an RMA number from us before you can submit a return. 
  • Please let us know you are returning something by calling us at 800-282-3083 or fill in the online RMA Form. 
  • We will not accept any returns after 30 days so please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • We will not accept for return any part worth less than $5.00 unless it is defective or we made an error looking the part up (it costs you more than that to handle it).
  • Electrical parts of any kind (these include, but are not limited to, CDI's, V/regulators, stereos, speakers, winches, etc.) are not returnable for any reason unless they are defective or the wrong product was shipped. 
  • The manufacturer determines whether or not an item is considered defective, not Side X Side Accessories, LLC or the customer. If an item is defective, the manufacturer's warranty procedure must be followed. See documentation supplied with the item or manufacturer's website for this procedure. We will help with any issues with warranty claims but are bound by each manufacturer's policies. 
  • All products shown are strictly aftermarket from a variety of manufacturers. All products are warrantied directly with their respective manufacturer. Side X Side Accessories, LLC offers no warranties on any product but we will assist you in resolving your warranty claim with the manufacturer. 
  • Please note when you return an item that qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund. This is not our policy but the policy of our manufacturers.
  • Parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless they are defective. All parts must be returned in their original boxes, bags, etc.
  • Windshields that have had the protective shipping coating removed are not returnable.
  • Any fitment issues will need to be documented with clear pictures to verify and help with any issues.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns (cores excepted) unless they are defective. 
  • Custom-made orders are not returnable. If an item is defective, the manufacturer's warranty procedure must be followed.
  • Freight shipping is not refundable. Returned items shipped with "free shipping" will have our shipping costs deducted from any refund. 
  • Returned items must be repacked as sent. Any returned items received damaged because of incorrect packing will not be accepted and/or refunded, and the items will be returned to customer at customer's cost.
  • All items returned for refund must have return shipping/freight paid by returnee unless it was our error.
  • Items returned COD's will not be accepted.
  • All returns must include a copy of the sales invoice. If a copy of the original invoice is not supplied the return will not be accepted. 
  • Please retain a tracking number for your protection. 
  • Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify us immediately so that we can help you correct the problem. Pictures must be taken of damage and sent to us in helping with any claims.
  • For shipments into Canada and/or overseas the customer is responsible for all fees, taxes and duties. 
  • Freight is not refundable. Truck orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage it must be noted on the bill of lading. If damage is found after the shipment is accepted, you must notify the carrier within 48 hours to file a concealed damage claim. 
  • Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received.
  • All return expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect item was shipped.  

Please note: We cannot guarantee that a certain item/accessory will fit a certain make of machine because manufacturers change specs continually. Also aftermarket equipment can alter fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that these parts will work with their particular vehicle, especially if fitted with aftermarket accessories.  

We reserve the right to change these policies at any time. 

Coupons and Coupon Codes 

From time to time our manufacturers will offer coupon codes. To use coupons or coupon codes, type the code into coupon box at check out. Coupons will be honored for orders over a stated dollar amount (not including shipping costs). One coupon use per person and/or per address. Web orders ONLY. Coupon good until 11:59 p.m. on date stated and cannot be combined with any other offer. 

Side X Side Accessories, LLC is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy.  

We collect information from our customers to process orders and to better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number.  You may also be required to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.
